Cancellation Policy:

You can change your delivery address or cancel your order by sending us your cancellation or change request on support@rityamjewels.com with the subject line ‘Change Delivery Address (or) Cancel My Order’. However, if your order has been processed and dispatched, then it cannot be amended or cancelled. 

We won’t be able to cancel/ redirect orders/ change delivery addresses once your items have been dispatched.
