By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Process:

Upon submitting your order details, including wallpaper name, dimensions, and any additional requirements, you will receive a proof image and a quote via email or WhatsApp within 2-4 days.

Payment:

We accept Credit or Debit Card, wallets, net banking, and UPI as payment methods.

Cancellation:

You can cancel a product or service within 3 hours of payment if the services haven't started. No refunds are offered for customized products. Defective products caused by our end will be replaced.

Production and Delivery:

Delivery times are approximate, and orders are delivered within 30 days from the start of the contract. We are not responsible for delays by third-party courier services.

Product lost during shipping

It is not uncommon that products are lost during shipping. A new order will be dispatched as soon as we receive a delivery lost notification from shipping partner. Customer may or may not be notified of such an event. Morphico will provide replacement, but refund will not be applicable.

Quality:

Kindly be advised that our services exclusively involve the supply of wallpapers, and we do not undertake installation procedures. However, should you require installation assistance, our dedicated customer support team is at your disposal to facilitate a connection with local installers in select cities. These installers operate on a paid basis for applying the wallpapers.

It is imperative to thoroughly inspect the condition of your product before proceeding with hanging or mounting. We explicitly disclaim responsibility for any issues arising from seepage on walls, the application of chemicals on wallpapers, or any external damages incurred.

While we can furnish contact details for installers in major cities across India, it's crucial to recognize that they are independent entities unaffiliated with our team. Consequently, we absolve ourselves of any responsibilities pertaining to wall preparation or installation-related concerns.

Minor discrepancies in color may occur between prints. Replacements will only be offered when such variations are clearly noticeable. Additionally, variations may arise between the on-screen proof and the physical product. We do not accept responsibility for discrepancies resulting from monitor settings. Claims regarding color variations cannot be entertained unless a printed sample has been specifically requested and approved.
