RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We request our customers to understand that we do not offer product exchanges, returns or refunds. However, if the product is damaged or has a major manufacturing defect then you may kindly write to us at support@rityamjewels.com with the subject line ‘Issue with my product’ within 2 days of receiving your order with a complete unboxing video and we’ll communicate the return address details to you.
Below are the underlying conditions:
- All shipping charges that fall under this return will be borne by us.
- Once we receive your return we will do a thorough quality inspection and validate the exchange. Once it is approved we will provide a credit voucher of the transacted amount within 48 hours of quality check period.
- You enjoy a 30-day period from the date of purchase of the defective product to use this voucher. This voucher is valid for a one-time single-transaction use only.
- Items should be returned unused and contain all packaging items/marketing collateral along with the box and courier bag received along with the product.
